Aviator Highest Multiplier Promotion (the ‘Promotion’)

  • The Aviator Highest Multiplier Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is a promotion by Betika that shall run 16th October 2023 to 30th November 2023 (both days inclusive).

HOW IT WORKS

  • Eligibility for the Promotion is open to customers who use Betika and play any of the following games available on the landing page i.e. Aviator (“Applicable game”).
  • Non-cash bonuses will not qualify for this Promotion.
  • Customers will upon placing their cash bets, stand a chance of winning one out of the two prize categories offered (“Prize Categories”):
    • A daily prize of 10GB Data Bundles; and
    • A weekly prize of One (1) Smart Phone (Techno Spark 9).

    Daily Prize

  • The Daily Prize runs from Monday to Friday.
  • There will be ten (10) winners of the daily prize consisting of the top 10 customers who have the highest winning multiplier on Aviator on the specific day with a minimum stake of 20 Kwacha.
  • If there is a tie amongst customer(s) for the highest winning multiplier, then the customer with the highest stake will be declared the winner.
  • If the stake and multiplier are the same, the customer who placed their bet first (chronologically) will qualify as the winner.

    • Weekly Prize

  • There will be 1 (one) Weekly Prize winner.
  • The winner of the weekly prize shall be the customer who:
    • Has placed a bet with a minimum stake of 20 Kwacha on Aviator (“Qualifying Bet”)
    • Has played a minimum of 100 rounds of Aviator during the selection week; and
    • Has the highest combined stake during the selection week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  • A customer shall only be eligible to win on one (1) Prize Category, once during the duration of this Promotion. If a customer qualifies for a subsequent win in the same Prize Category, the customer shall forfeit the prize and the second qualifying customer shall be declared the winner.
  • The Weekly prize winner will be announced Every Tuesday. A week starts from Monday to Sunday starting at 00:00hrs, Ends 23:59hrs.
  • Aviator rounds for a week will not be carried to next week.
  • There is no maximum limit to the number of bets a customer may place for their participation/eligibility in the weekly draw.
  • The Daily Prize Winners will be announced on our social media page (Facebook) every day.
  • The Weekly Prize Winner will be announced on our social media pages (Facebook) every Tuesday during the duration of the Promotion and contacted by Betika for the purpose of collecting the prize.
  • Where there is a dispute regarding the selection of winners, the adjudication and decision of the Betting Control and Licensing Board in Zambia shall be final.
  • Winners will be contacted by Betika through the registered phone number of the winner, who shall be required to avail themselves at Betika offices with proof of identity before any prize is given.
  • Betika reserves the right to verify, with the relevant authorities, any identification document presented, before awarding any prize.
  • Winners shall be required to sign a waiver before receipt of the Smart Phone.
  • All winners warrant that they waive, release and discharge Betika, its trustees, officers, and employees from all claims relating to defects that may be found on the Smart Phone. Please refer to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions upon receipt of the Smart Phone.
  • Where there are discrepancies in the identity of the registered owner or the line (in establishing the winner), or where winners are unreachable for a period of 14 days after the declaration of the winner, or where the prizes are not claimed/collected by a winner, such winnings will be forfeited and Betika will not be liable for settlement of any claims arising therefrom.
  • Betika reserves the right to use the names, radio recordings, motion, and still images of the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity, marketing campaigns, and administering this competition.
  • The Aviator game terms and conditions shall apply in the administration of this Promotion.
  • Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit, any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
  • Betika reserves the right to void any Aviator winnings, at its sole discretion, and take any and all remedial action in instances including:
    • System or software malfunction or error; or
    • Suspicion that there are Prohibited activities being undertaken.
  • Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels or its availability all the time.
  • The Promotion terms may be amended from time to time by Betika at its sole discretion.
  • This Promotion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, non-interference, accuracy of data, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to Betika’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
